Screening, transfer and packaging plant for feldspathic sands

It is an installation for the pneumatic transport of 50 t/h from the dry product silos to a new 40 m3 and 3 m diameter storage silo from where, by means of alveolar regulation valves and three vibrating tubes, three sieves, in the discharge of each sieve a small hopper with three outlets will be installed and by means of tubes with an inclination greater than 45º they will discharge on three vibrating tubes which will discharge on three elevators.

Its main goal is to reduce wear on equipment and components exposed to friction and hardness in contact with the product, thus reducing maintenance costs.
